Amplify One Founder's List Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Northline Products LLC ("Sponsor"), doing business as Amplify One. Contact: hello@getamplifyone.com.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.

Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on [START_DATE — TBD] at 12:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET on a date approximately one (1) week before the official public launch of Amplify One ("Entry Period"). The Sponsor will provide reasonable advance notice of the closing date to all entrants by email.

4. How To Enter

Entry Method 1 — Free Electronic Entry:

Visit getamplifyone.com and join the Amplify One Founder's List by submitting a valid email address. This automatically grants one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Limit: one (1) base entry per person/household.

Entry Method 2 — Bonus Referral Entries:

After joining the Founder's List, each entrant receives a unique referral code. Each verified referral (defined as a new person joining the Founder's List using your referral code, from a unique IP address and household) grants the referring entrant five (5) bonus entries. Maximum of three (3) verified referrals per entrant, for a maximum of fifteen (15) bonus entries.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without joining the Founder's List, send a hand-written 3x5 card containing your full name, address, email address, phone number, and date of birth to: Northline Products LLC, Attn: Amplify One Giveaway, [MAILING ADDRESS — TBD], with the words "Amplify One Founder's Giveaway Entry" clearly written on the outside of the envelope. Each AMOE submission counts as one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be received by the close of the Entry Period. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per outer mailing envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified.

Maximum total entries per person: Sixteen (16) entries (one base + fifteen referral bonuses, OR one AMOE + fifteen referral bonuses).

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: A thirty (30) day supply of Amplify One (one pouch containing thirty (30) single-serving sachets). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $69 USD.

The prize will be shipped to the winner's verified U.S. address from Sponsor's first official production batch. Estimated delivery is within fourteen (14) to thirty (30) days following the official Amplify One product launch.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

6. Odds Of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection And Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative approximately one (1) week before the official Amplify One product launch.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided during entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner has forty-eight (48) hours from the date of notification to respond and claim the prize. If the potential winner fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide Sponsor with a valid U.S. shipping address and may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner if required by applicable law.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner consents to Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, voice, statements, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway; (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules; (c) submitting multiple entries from the same person, IP address, or household beyond the allowed limits; (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (e) attempting to use any robotic, automatic, programmed, or unfair method of entry.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Release Of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

The prize is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Privacy

Information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at getamplifyone.com/privacy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described therein.

13. Disputes / Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE OF INCORPORATION — TBD], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE — TBD]. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial.

14. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner (available after the prize has been awarded), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Northline Products LLC, Attn: Amplify One Giveaway Winner Request, [MAILING ADDRESS — TBD]. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the drawing.
